We are a third generation family business. We have a workshop in Market Drayton, Shropshire providing conservation, restoration and gilding services using traditional methods and recipes – some of which are thousands of years old!

We have a large portfolio completed on behalf of antique dealers, interior designers, private individuals, auction houses, insurance companies and churches. Our portfolio includes objects such as weather vanes, clock finials, beds, chairs, console tables, stools, chaise lounges, pelmets, clocks, girandoles, picture frames, mirror frames and Buddha’s! - And some Verre Eglomise (gilding on glass).

Over the last few years, our business has expanded to include a collection of antique mirrors and a small selection of other gilded items for sale. Please see the Showroom on this website for further details – we usually have 50 mirrors in stock, varying in size, age, origin and price.

We do attend antique fairs (how frequently depends on workshop commitments) and we’d be pleased to advise when our next fair will be - please contact us via email or telephone.
